Growth Team

Growth Team(s) are small collectives of individuals who have come together motivated to learn more about how they can grow. Members are from any sector in business and commerce.

Sessions are facilitated against a structure reflecting the team wants, distilled from an initial pre Q&A. For example, in stories of shared business experiences, a skill to build or a problem to solve. No two sessions are the same. The onus is on everyone to offer insights and reflection to learn as we all have experiences to offer.

Sessions have no smartphone devices open, they are not necessary. We create a narrative that is unique to each session and smartphone devices create a barrier to this. Use of lap tops for note taking is permitted.

Sessions build listening skills, exploring empathy and support yet also challenge through the challenge team segment. Here members pose an opportunity, problem and dilemma to engage the team in a process of new thinking. This is focussed on better thinking, not the person.

Very often profound sharing takes place bound in a confidential forum. Members choose the level and extent of their sharing voluntarily. 

No social media is used to market or promote Growth Team unless all members agree to this. Note the Growth team is not a direct selling environment.

Following a growth team session, members are encouraged to implement new insights or thinking for their growth journey.

Membership is by referral only to Chris. Groups are up to ten members.

Sessions are half day blocks per month.
